Tamamyis a secure marketplace where you can buy and sell items like clothing, electronics, furniture, and more all in one app. Sellers list items with photos and prices, buyers purchase directly through the app, and HeirTaj takes care of payment processing and delivery from start to finish.
Is my payment safe on Tamamy?
Yes. All payments on Tamamy are securely processed through the app. Buyer payments are held safely until the order is successfully delivered, ensuring protection for both buyers and sellers.
Do I need to arrange delivery myself?
No. Tamamy handles all deliveries. Once an item is sold, our logistics partners manage pickup and delivery based on the item’s size and location. Buyers and sellers never need to meet in person.
What kind of items can I buy or sell?
You can buy and sell a wide range of items, including: - Clothing, shoes, and accessories - Electronics and gadgets - Furniture and home items - Books, collectibles, and lifestyle goods All items must follow HeirTaj’s community and safety guidelines.
Are there any fees for using Tamamy?
Tamamy is free for sellers. A small service fee applies to purchases to cover secure payments and delivery.
How do sellers get paid?
Sellers receive payment once the item has been delivered successfully. Funds are released directly to the seller’s account after delivery confirmation.
Are in-person meetups allowed?
No. For safety and convenience, all transactions on Tamamy must be completed through the app, including payment and delivery. In-person meetups are not supported.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If an item is lost, damaged, or not as described, you can report the issue directly in the app. Our support team will review the case and help resolve it fairly.
What items are not allowed on Tamamy?
For legal and safety reasons, certain items are prohibited, including: - Counterfeit or stolen goods - Illegal items or substances - Unsafe or recalled products - Adult or explicit content Listings that violate these rules will be removed.
